Mark Nicklin

Mark has been involved in the Telecoms industry for over 15 years in a variety of sales management roles before founding GP Telecom in 2001 with colleague Tim Price. The business was sold in 2008 and after an initial period with the new group Mark set up Crown Telecom in 2010 in partnership with Crown Oil.
Mark is originally from Yorkshire and is a fan of Sheffield United. Spent the best part of a year living in Israel years ago however Rochdale is now closer for work!
Alex Nicklin

I started my career in Aviation as an engineering apprentice for British Airways at Heathrow. I then worked for BA at Manchester airport for several years as an engineer on various Aircraft.
I joined GP Telecom in 2005 working in technical support initially, then as a field engineer and then Head of Engineering.
Graeme Jones

Started in telecoms at the business end of a nervous breakdown, things got worse before they got better.

A social animal who enjoys the theatre, sport, and restaurants, a hopeless but wildly enthusiastic dancer.

Peter Campbell

I started working in telecoms over 10 years ago with Mark and Graeme when GP Telecom was first set up, initially working in sales I progressed to more of a customer service and provisioning role. I am now a provisioning manager along with Lisa but also help the sales team with all quotes required.
Originally from Lancaster, I now live in Middleton and enjoy football (although quite painful being a Liverpool fan at the moment), wine and food.

I started my career in Telecoms almost six years ago in the customer service department at GP Telecom, I am now the provisioning manager at Crown Telecom overseeing all line and broadband orders and processing faults that may arise. I live in Rochdale and my hobbies and interests are: sport - I support Manchester City FC, holidays - Mexico, Las Vegas, and Europe, interests - reading and spending as much time as I can with my son.

I joined the Telecoms Industry over seven years ago within the billing and provisioning division and quickly became Billing Manager – my current role here at Crown Telecom.
The best thing about working at Crown is the close-knit team and work ethic that we all share.
I live in the village of Norden with my fiancé and our young son and I love film, wine-tasting, trivia and food!
Katrina Heyworth

I began my sales career after leaving university starting in Events and Promotions and then went on to Advertising Sales. After a few years in the Telecom industry, I am now in the Sales Manager here at Crown Telecom. I am an account manager, looking after my own customers as well as driving sales through the team. I live in the sleepy village of Crawshawbooth in Rossendale and my Hobbies and Interests are: sport - Burnley FC…someone has too, holidays - Mexico, Thailand, anywhere exotic, interests - history, reading and skiing and my Doberman Zeus. Interesting Fact - I own over 300 pairs of shoes. I have a slight obsession with them, and one of my spare bedrooms is a dedicated Shoe Room.

I have been working for Crown Telecom for the past twelve months.
I started my career in the telecom industry 10 years ago. I used to be an Engineer for Strata Communications for 9 years which is now part of Crown Telecom. I have completed several courses including: Panasonic, Toshiba, Mitel, Vox Box and 3CX.
I have lived in Rochdale all my life. I enjoy playing football at weekends and I am a Liverpool supporter.

I joined Crown Telecom in May 2011. I build up relationships with new business customers as well as the Crown Oil customer base to introduce Crown Telecom. We look at the costs from their current phone provider and see if we can cut the costs saving you money. At Crown you get an account manager, excellent service and can talk to someone you can trust without the added hassle of waiting in a queue for 30 minutes.
I love partying in Ibiza in the summer, my friend is a DJ who plays over there so all my friends and I go over to support him. I am very happy in love, have amazing friends and family around me and to sum it up – life’s pretty perfect.

Since leaving school I have completed 2 apprenticeships in customer service. At the tender age of 18 I am 12 months into my career with Crown Telecom and have to say I love every minute. I strive to give the best customer service to all our customers with my knowledge in all areas of the business from System management to products and services. I lived in Spain for 2 years when growing up but I hail from Bury and in ten years I would like to see myself in a management position. Sport - Rugby Union, Tipple – BEEEEERRRRRRRRR, Interests - History, travel, Comedy, Interesting Fact - I have the greatest sock collection in the history of the world.
